Developer/Project Management: Roberts Building Company LLC and WorldWest Investments, Certified Green Broker, Exclusive Buyers Agency. Bob Roberts and Suzette West combined their expertise and shared passion for sustainability to develop the vision of an innovative green office building.

Architect: Award winning architectural firm, Weber Thompson was founded in 1987 as an architectural firm focused primarily on urban infill, mixed-use projects. The firm has since evolved into a highly-diversified design agency with capabilities in four complementary design disciplines: Architecture, Interior Design, Community Design and Landscape Architecture. With special attention to our client’s vision, the environment, and careful collaboration between client and design/construction teams, our primary objective is to design exceptional, sustainable projects that help our clients find success.

Civil Engineer: Warner Engineering, LEED accreditation for civil engineering. Warner Engineering was formed in 1992 by Gary Warner, a civil engineer with more than 30 years of design, construction, and planning experience.The current in-house staff of 8 (4 licensed civil engineers, one EIT, one AutoCADD technician, one bookkeeper, and one computer systems administrator) specializes in on and off-site work related to commercial buildings. The staff is well know for integrated designs that reflect the needs of the owner and the design team.

Mechanical/Energy Engineer: Stantec  Consulting Inc., world class leader in delivery of sustainable solutions. Founded in 1954, provides professional consulting services in planning, engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, project management, and project economics for infrastructure and facilities projects. Recognized as a world-class leader and innovator in the delivery of sustainable solutions.

Structural Engineer: Yu & Trochalakis, PLLC is a structural engineering company dedicated to providing clients with a level of service that is both high-quality and high-value. The two principals of the firm have provided an exceptional level of service during a combined 34 years of engineering practice. We consistently exceed client expectations by delivering thorough and innovative designs on time and within budget.

Landscape Architect: Puget Sound Landscaping, one of the largest landscaping companies in Western Washington. Puget Sound Landscaping (PSL) was founded in 1978 and has grown to become one of the largest landscaping companies in Western Washington. PSL designs and installs a wide range of landscape projects.

General Contractor: Jones and Roberts Company has provided quality constructions services since 1965. Today they offer wide ranging capability, innovation and the experience necessary to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing general construction environment. Through close teamwork with the architect and engineers Jones and Roberts is able to control costs so the owner gets the most value for their building dollar.
